With a remarkable 38-year career spanning from machinist to industry leader, Jeff exemplifies dedication and expertise at the forefront of engineering.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron and holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT. His extensive experience includes leading research and product development initiatives in EVs, hydrogen systems, battery technologies, and thermal management.

Abhishek is currently leading the Liquid Cooling and Networking Engineering Team for nVent as Director of Engineering. nVent has a global set up of Engineering divisions of liquid cooling engineering and manufacturing sites.
Abhishek has direct leadership and management responsibilities for these liquid cooling projects through nVent's NPI process. He has been working in Liquid cooling for past 9 years, with previous 8 years of experience in design and development of HVAC, Air Conditioning and Chiller products.
